The Fit Guarantee — If It Doesn't Fit, We'll Fix It

Every pair is built from your own foot scan, not a size chart. Fit issues are rare, but when one happens, we'll make it right, at our cost.

What's covered

If your shoes don't fit the way your scan said they would (too tight, too loose, a pressure point that shouldn't be there), that's on us, not you. Coverage runs for 60 days from delivery. Every pair starts with a fitting test, so we can check the fit before your shoe is made. If it still doesn't fit, we'll make one more pair at no cost. That's one correction per pair.

How it works

1. Fitting test: we'll send you a fitting test before your shoe is made, so we can check the fit first. 2. Your shoe: once the fit is right, we make your pair. 3. One more pair, if needed: tell us what's off (email us, a sentence is enough) and we'll send you a label to return the shoe. We can't correct fit from a description alone. We build one more pair from the corrected shape, shipped back on us.

What's not covered

Because every pair is cut and built specifically for you, we can't accept general returns for a change of mind. Normal wear, and damage from anything other than normal wear, isn't covered either.

Resoling

Normal wear isn't a fit issue, but it's not the end of the shoe either. We offer resoling whenever your pair needs it. Email us to discuss cost and turnaround.
