If it doesn’t fit, we’ll make you a new pair. No refunds. No exchanges.

At Cobbler.fit, every pair is crafted specifically for you — built around anatomical fit, natural materials, and our commitment to quiet mastery. Because each product is made-to-order, we do not offer refunds or traditional exchanges.

However, fit is the heart of our philosophy. If your footwear arrives and the fit isn’t right, we’ll remake your pair at no additional cost.

If your shoes don’t fit the way they should, we will:

  • Review your fit feedback and photos

  • Adjust your pattern or last as needed

  • Craft a new pair tailored to the corrected specifications

  • Ship the replacement pair to you worldwide

This remake is our commitment to delivering the anatomical precision we stand for.

Because each pair is produced specifically for you, we do not issue refunds under any circumstances.


🚫 No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for different models, colors, or sizes. If the fit is off, we remake the same model you originally ordered.


📦 Eligibility for a Fit Remake

To qualify for a remake:

  • Submit your fit feedback within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Provide clear photos of the fit while wearing the shoes

  • Ensure the shoes are in unworn condition (indoors only for fit testing)

We use this information to refine your personal fit profile for all future pairs.

🧵 Craftsmanship Variations

Minor variations in color, texture, or natural material characteristics are part of the handcrafted process and are not considered defects.


🛠️ Defects

If you believe your pair has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days with photos. We will assess and remake the pair if a defect is confirmed.
